Organisation admins and owners can see how much the firm uses Ask Nagaris and what it costs, broken down by user, specialist agent, model and conversation.
Only users with Owner or Administrator permission can open the Usage page. Anyone else sees a message telling them only organisation admins and owners can view Ask Nagaris usage.
Open Settings at the bottom of the sidebar.
Under the Ask Nagaris section, choose Usage.
You can also get there from the Agent Settings page: click View Ask Nagaris Usage below the auto-accept and URL allowlist cards.
Two filters sit above the numbers:
A date range picker. It defaults to the trailing 30 days and clamps any range you pick to 90 days, so quick ranges wider than that (like "last year") don't show up as an option.
A Filter Users search box that narrows the per-user and per-session tables to a name or email.
A Reset filters button appears once you've changed either one.
Runs from before Nagaris started tracking individual specialist agents show up as "Ask Nagaris" rather than by their specialist name. Conversation titles aren't stored on the usage ledger, so every session lists as "Untitled Session" (or "Subagent" for sub-agent runs).
If there's no Ask Nagaris activity in the selected dates, the page shows an empty state instead of the tables below.
When there is usage, three summary cards come first:

Below the summary, four tables break the same period down further:
Usage Per User: who ran Ask Nagaris, with runs, tokens and estimated cost for each person. Sort any column by clicking its header.
Usage Per Agent: how many times each specialist agent was used.
Usage Per Model: tokens and estimated cost by the underlying LLM.
Largest Sessions: the most expensive conversations in the period, with the user, model, tokens and cost for each.
If any model in the period has no configured rate, a note appears above the tables: usage on that model is counted as $0 USD until a rate is set.
All costs on this page are estimates in US dollars, calculated from your organisation's current model rates rather than the rate in effect at the time each run happened.
