No. For security and privacy, Nagaris staff cannot see your firm's organisation workspace unless one of your team explicitly adds them as a user. Access to an organisation in Nagaris comes only from membership — every person in your workspace appears on your Team page with a permission level your administrators control.
If you'd like the Nagaris team to help with something inside your workspace, a firm administrator can add them like any other team member:
Go to Team and click Invite Member.
Enter the support person's email under Invite by email, choose a permission under Invite as, and click Send Invitation.
When the work is done, remove them again: find them on the Team page and use the delete (bin) button in the Actions column, or set their Permission to No Access.
Because they appear on your Team page like everyone else, you can always see exactly who has access to your workspace and remove anyone at any time.
Terms & Privacy acceptance — when the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy are updated, Nagaris shows an Updated Terms & Privacy Policy dialog and asks you to review and click Accept and Continue before continuing (or Sign Out if you'd rather not).
Policy links — the Privacy and Terms links are always available from the menu under your name in the top-right corner.
Session lock — Nagaris locks idle sessions after 15 minutes and signs you out after 30, so an unattended screen doesn't expose client data. See the security settings article.
Invitation privacy — invitation screens deliberately show only minimal organisation details (name and logo) to people who aren't yet members.
Client users who accept a client invitation get a restricted, client-specific view — they don't see your firm's internal navigation, team pages or settings. Separately, your organisation's practice details (name, contact details, ABN) are shown to clients on client-facing pages, which is why the Your Practice card on the Organisation page notes Clients will see your organisation details.
