When someone at your firm invites you to Nagaris, you receive an email with an invitation link. This article walks through accepting it — from the email link to the in-app confirmation.
Click the invitation link in the email. Nagaris validates the link and shows the Accept Invitation screen: You have been invited to join your firm's organisation, along with who invited you and the email address the invitation was sent to.
Click Continue. Nagaris emails a one-time password to the invited address and shows Check Your Inbox: We sent an email to … with a one-time password to verify your identity.
Enter the 6-digit code and click Verify Email.
In many cases the link verifies you automatically and takes you straight into Nagaris without the extra code step.
If the link has been used already, was revoked, or is too old, you'll see Invalid or expired invitation link. Ask the person who invited you to resend the invitation from the Invitations page.
After verifying, Nagaris shows the Invitation screen:
You have been invited to join followed by the organisation name.
Invited by — the team member who sent the invitation.
Organisation — the firm's name.
Proposed Role — the permission you'll receive (for example Member or Administrator).
Click Accept to join — you're switched into the organisation straight away — or Reject to decline. If either action fails you'll see Failed to accept invitation or Failed to reject invitation; try again or ask your administrator to resend.
If you've been invited to more than one organisation, each invitation appears in its own tab named after the organisation, and you can accept or reject them one at a time.
You don't need the email link at all. Sign in as usual (with the same email address the invitation was sent to) and the Invitation screen appears automatically before your dashboard.
The invitation says I'm not connected to an organisation after signing in. You signed in with a different email address than the one invited. Click Sign out and try another email and use the invited address.
The verification code doesn't arrive. Check spam/junk, and see the troubleshooting article on sign-in and verification codes.
The invitation link errors. Invitations expire and can be revoked. An administrator can resend a fresh one from the Invitations page.
