Open any group from the Client Groups list to reach its detail page. This is the hub for everything about the group — its details, entities, contacts, work and compliance.
At the top you'll always see:
The group name, with an XPM icon (staff only) showing whether XPM auto-sync is on.
The status badge/dropdown (Prospect, Onboarding, Active, Lost, Archived).
The group's PID badge (its short code).
An Action Required button when the group has outstanding setup actions — for several actions it reads, for example, 5 Actions Required. Clicking it expands a panel listing each action as a link; staff can use Mark all done to clear all of them at once, and Show all (N) when there are more than five.
A Show archived clients toggle, which only appears when the group contains archived clients (and the group itself isn't archived).
The tab strip below the header adapts to your role and your organisation's features:
Group — the main cards page (see below).
Clients — the group's entities.
Billing — staff only, and only when billing is enabled for your organisation.
Map — the entity map; staff only.
Communications — staff only, when the documents/AI workspace is enabled for your organisation.
Mail — staff only, when Nagaris Mail is enabled for your organisation.
Access — bookkeeping software access for the group's clients.
Engagements and Jobs — staff only.
Verification — identity verification for the group's contacts.
Handover, Declaration, Final — shown inline while the group is a Prospect or Onboarding; afterwards they move into an overflow (…) menu at the end of the strip.
Tabs show a warning icon when they contain outstanding required actions.
The Group tab is a set of cards:
Client Group Details — name, group code (PID), notes and tags. The edit (pencil) button opens Edit Client Group; the extra actions menu offers Copy Link, Open in New Tab, Archive and Delete, and (when XPM is connected) an auto-sync switch that confirms with Auto-sync with XPM enabled/disabled.
Group Contacts and Roles — every contact linked to the group, with role badges (the Primary role is highlighted). See the linking article for details.
Meetings — staff only.
Documents — files stored against the group.
Billing/proposal, private Notes, Status History and metadata cards — staff only.
The Clients tab lists every entity in the group as a collapsible card. Each card header shows the entity's name, type icon, an editable status badge, and a warning icon if the entity has required actions. Click a card to expand the full entity detail (the same cards you'd see on the client's own page).
Click Add Client to create a new entity in this group (see the adding clients article).
Clients whose primary group is elsewhere but that also show in this group are listed under an Additional Clients heading, with the name of their primary group and an Additional badge.
Archived clients are hidden unless you switch on Show archived clients in the header. If the whole group is archived, all of its clients are always shown.
Client-role users see a simplified version: no Map, Billing, Engagements, Jobs or Mail tabs, and read-only cards.
If a client-role user only has access to a single group, opening Client Groups takes them straight to that group's page.
