Nagaris Mail includes semantic search across your synced mailboxes. Instead of matching exact keywords, it understands what you're describing — the email where the client asked about their trust distribution — and ranks the closest matching messages, even when the wording differs.
Open Mail from the sidebar.
Type into the Search mail box at the top of the filter rail.
As soon as you enter a query, the middle column switches from the normal browse list to ranked results, headed Semantic search across all mail.
Each result shows the subject, the sender, when it was sent, and a short snippet of the matching message. Click a result to open its full thread in the reading pane, exactly like a normal row.
Clear the search box (there's a clear button inside it) to return to the regular browse view with your previous filters intact.
Results are ordered by relevance — closest match first — not by date. A spot-on match from months ago outranks a vague match from yesterday.
Search always looks across all your synced mail. The quick views (All Mail, Unread, Has Attachments, Sent) and the client group and mailbox filters in the rail apply to normal browsing only, not to search results.
Around thirty of the best matches are returned, so refine your query rather than scrolling for more.
The Mail tab on client, contact and client group pages has its own Search mail box. Searching there filters that record's threads by your text — useful when you already know whose mail you're in.
Describe the content, not just keywords: reminder about overdue BAS payment beats BAS.
Include distinctive details you remember — an amount, a property address, a form name.
If nothing useful comes back (No matches — Try describing what you're looking for.), rephrase in plain language rather than adding more keywords.
Search unavailable — Mail search isn't ready for this workspace yet. Search indexing hasn't been switched on or hasn't finished for your organisation; contact support if this persists.
No results at all may simply mean the relevant mailbox isn't syncing — check the Mailboxes card under Channels, Mail, or ask an admin.
Very recent email may take a little time to become searchable after it syncs.
