Nagaris connects to BGL CAS and Simple Fund 360 (SF360). If you get an authorisation / 'not authorized' error, the fix is on the BGL side: the connecting user's BGL role needs third-party app access (Apps & Integrations) enabled. Once that's set in BGL, retry the connection. If BGL data looks wrong in Nagaris (for example an out-of-date address), correct it in BGL and re-sync. Still stuck?
