To stop a client or group appearing on a dashboard (for example under "overdue groups"), set it to archived status from the group's detail page — archiving is preferable to deleting. Because archive status depends on both Nagaris and XPM, if an archived client still appears in a group, dashboard or job, check its status in each system. If the archive status doesn't sync, or it still shows where it shouldn't, send support the client/group name and where it's still appearing.
