KYB (Know Your Business) is the automated business verification check Nagaris can run on a business profile as part of AML/CTF checks. You trigger it from the "Run KYB" or "Re-run KYB" button on that profile's business verification tab.
A KYB check is not instant. Once you trigger it:
The tab shows a banner that KYB is running in the background. This usually finishes in under a minute.
The "Re-run KYB" button is disabled and shows "Running..." while the check is in progress, so you can't accidentally start a duplicate run.
You do not need to refresh the page or run it again. Results appear on the tab automatically once the check finishes.
If you navigate away and come back while a check is still running, you'll see the same "running in the background" banner rather than an empty tab, so it's clear a check has already been started.
If a KYB check fails, contact support with the client/entity name so the team can look into it.
