Your firm's dashboard now opens on My Actions instead of the old New Clients / Finalised Clients / In Progress / Client Group Status reports. My Actions is a to-do list of action items that were assigned to you during client meetings.
Action items come from the Action Items you or your team add while recording a client meeting (in the meeting flyout).
Only action items assigned to the logged-in user appear on their dashboard.
Items are grouped into:
Overdue - due date has passed
Due Today
Upcoming - due date in the future
No Due Date - action items with no due date set
Each row shows the action description, the linked meeting title, the client or client group it relates to, and a preview of the meeting notes (if any).
Tick the checkbox on a row to mark the action complete. Completed actions are removed from the list.
Click anywhere else on a row to open the related meeting in the meeting flyout, where you can review or edit it.
Use the Add Meeting button (shown even when your action list is empty) to open a picker, search for a client or client group, and start a new meeting linked to it. Selecting a result opens the meeting flyout so you can add notes and action items straight away.
You can mark an action item complete either:
From the dashboard, by ticking its checkbox in My Actions, or
From inside a meeting, on the Action Items list in the meeting flyout, which also shows a checkbox per item and displays completed items with a strikethrough.
Marking an item complete elsewhere (for example inside the meeting) removes it from the dashboard's My Actions list automatically.
If an action item you expect to see is missing, was assigned to the wrong person, or won't clear after being marked complete, send support the meeting title, the client/client group, and the action item description so we can check it.
