Organisation admins and owners can see how much the firm is using Ask Nagaris: how many runs, how many tokens, and the estimated cost in USD. It breaks the total down by user, by agent, by model and by session.
Open Settings in the sidebar, expand the Ask Nagaris section, and click Usage.
Alternatively, go to Agent Settings and click View Ask Nagaris Usage near the bottom of the page.
Only organisation admins and owners can view this page. Anyone else sees a message saying the page is restricted.
Date Range: defaults to the trailing 30 days, and you can pick any range up to 90 days.
Filter Users: type a name or email to narrow the per-user and per-session tables to matching people.
Click Reset to clear both filters and return to the default 30-day view.
If there is no Ask Nagaris usage in the selected dates, the page shows an empty state instead of the totals and tables below.
Three cards summarise the selected period:
Card | Shows |
|---|---|
Runs | Total agent runs in the period |
Tokens | Total input, output and cache tokens |
Estimated Cost (USD) | Estimated cost from current model rates |
If any model used in the period has no configured rate, the page notes that those runs are counted as $0 USD.
Below the totals, four tables list runs, tokens and estimated cost, each sortable by clicking its column header:
Usage Per User: who ran Ask Nagaris in the period.
Usage Per Agent: how many times each specialist agent was used.
Usage Per Model: tokens and estimated cost by underlying AI model.
Largest Sessions: the most expensive conversations in the period, with the user and model for each.
Runs from before Nagaris started tracking individual specialist agents show up under "Ask Nagaris" in the Usage Per Agent table.
Conversation titles are not stored on the usage ledger, so sessions in the Largest Sessions table show as "Untitled Session" or "Subagent".
Estimated cost is in USD regardless of your firm's billing currency, since it reflects the underlying AI model rates.
