Every Ask Nagaris composer has five controls, left to right: attach, saved messages, client or group, agent, and model. This article covers the agent picker and the client/group picker, and how they change what Ask Nagaris does with your message.
By default, the composer is set to Ask Nagaris, which can answer questions or carry out work itself. Click the agent control (it shows the current agent's name) to open the picker.
Mission Control sits pinned at the top of the list under Ask Nagaris. Pick it when you're not sure which specialist handles your question, it helps you find the right one.
Below it are your firm's specialist agents, for example a CGT calculator or a BAS agent.
Type to search. Matching is instant and happens locally, no round trip to the server. It checks each agent's title, description, welcome message, categories, slug, knowledge folder names, and the start of its instructions, so a search like "cgt calcuator" still finds the CGT calculator even with the typo.
Backup or copy agents your firm keeps around aren't shown in the picker.
Picking a specialist switches its icon into the composer and, if the agent has its own model configured, hides the model control since the agent always answers with that model. Sending your message tells Ask Nagaris which agent to use directly, so there's no extra step to route the question first.
Once you've sent a message in a conversation, the agent for that conversation is locked. Start a new chat to talk to a different agent.
Click the client/group control, or type @, to open the same picker and scope your question to a specific client or client group.
The first page of your clients and groups loads ahead of time, so results appear as you type.
A quick search fills in names that aren't on that first page.
Search is typo-tolerant here too, the same way agent search is.
